Dear Family and Friends,
This week was awesome! We did divisions, which means, we got two other women from the church to come and do lessons with us. So, I went with one woman, and my companion went with another. Because of that, we were able to visit a lot more people than the week before. It was great!
We also had an activity in which all of the missionaries from our zone came here and did visits with the members and missionaries that work here. Because of that, we were able to invite a lot of less active members to the ward conference we had on Sunday. We had a great turnout, and to our surprise, two less active members with whom we have been working with for a while came to church! We were so happy. We are know going to work on getting members to their house so that they have good friends who will invite them to church.
We also had a less active member come with her niece, who is going to get baptized on the 28th (at least, that is our goal!). She is very sweet and although is only 9 years old, she has great desires to follow God.
We got to talk with our awesome families this week. A shout out to my wonderful family. I love you all! You guys are the light of my life, and I can`t wait to see you again. I know my service here is really blessing you guys out there. This time apart is worth it to bring people to the knowledge of their Savior and Redeemer, who is Jesus Christ.
That I think is my message this week. Christ loves us. I just know it with all of my heart. Christ loves us with such a pure love, that NO MATTER WHAT WE DO He will love us. No matter how many times we desobey or to what point we desobey, He ALWAYS offer us a way back to Him through Repentance.
I know this things are true. Every time I hold the Book of Mormon in my hands, I can feel the Savior´s love. If anyone of you is feeling down or can`t feel the Savior`s love, I plead of you to open the Book of Mormon and just read it. I know that something in that book will inspire you and help you have desires to do the right thing.
I am so glad to be here. I wouldn`t be anywhere else. I love being a missionary. I love helping people come unto Christ. I know that this church is here to bless us and I know that it is the true church of Christ. I am so happy that I know why I am here, and I have the tools I need to feel Christ`s presence in my life without seeing Him face to face.
I wish you all a great, Spirit filled week. I hope everyone had a chance to spend Mother`s Day with their mother and thank her for the incredible work she does as a mother. I am so glad that my mom loves me, and has shown it to me throughout all my years of living.
